Enriching Lives through Online Training
STAKE PRIESTHOOD MEETING (8/20/05)

Pres. Mendenhall –
Leave no one behind, not only temporally, but also spiritually. This is a gospel of progression.. We can progress in love. We can either follow God, or mammon.

Pres. Tidwell –
Heed the prophets and the scriptures and we will not stray.

Pres. Amosa (Brd E Qrm Pres) –
As a home teacher, have not the attitude of "Eat it or leave it." We need to gain their trust and "earn" their love. We cannot ever "give up" on them. Have in them the same personal interest as we do in members of our own family. Understand their situation and show concern. We are to impact the lives of others and make a difference.

Pres. Youngblood –
Search out the young men who are out preparing to serve a mission and "inspire" them to do so. Focus on the "mark," even Jesus Christ and his example. Be honest in everything you do. There is a great spiritual impact/ benefit of pondering. It requires effort. Ponder on FHE, my HT F’s, sharing the Gospel each and every day of my life (there is much more success when members are involved). Read "Preach My Gospel." (it will help us be better prepared). Get off your "duff" and share the Gospel. Have someone in your home each month. Have the missionaries teach you the restoration message. Sharing the Gospel is not a "burden" … it comes naturally. Live the Gospel, and your confidence will wax strong.
