Inventories
are only as good as
1) The questions they ask and
2) The answers you give
No
inventory can ever hope to give you a complete picture of yourself. No inventory
can accurately hope to capture all your passions, interests, values, beliefs,
wants, desires, skills, abilities, limitations etc.
If
that is true, why use them at all?
Good
question. the answer is simple: It is a good as any place to start. But, and
this is a big but, you should do more than one. Every inventory does different
things. And these different things allow you to discover different parts of
yourself. In a way, it is like being an archeologist of your own personality.
Dig down deep, dust off the dirt and find what treasures are hidden there.
Okay
enough talk. Get going and have fun.
